Deployment Guidelines

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth, compliant deployment of your equipment into SuperiorColo’s lights‑out facility.

Pre‑Deployment Checklist

  • Confirm Allocation

    Verify rack, cage and power details with your Account Manager.

  • Submit Hardware Manifest

    Upload model numbers, serials and total weight via the Client Portal at least 24 hours before ship‑out.

  • Label Everything

    Apply rack‑location labels to each chassis, power cord and patch cable.

  • Standards Compliance

    Only CSA/UL or CE‑certified gear is accepted at the dock.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Pre‑Alert Required

    Open a “Shipment Order” ticket and attach the commercial invoice or packing slip before freight departs.

  • Shipping Address Format

    SuperiorColo – <Client Name> / <Rack ID>
    [Street Address], Wawa ON, Canada

  • Dock Hours & Handling

    Receiving: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 EST. Lift‑gate trucks recommended. Pallets must not exceed 48″ × 40″ or 2,000 lb.

  • 5‑Day Pickup Window

    Inbound freight must be racked or removed within 5 calendar days of arrival or storage fees will apply.
