Facility Access
SuperiorColo operates a lights‑out, RFID‑controlled facility. All physical access is self‑service, remotely monitored, and fully audited for two years.
RFID Credentials & 24‑Month Audit Trail
- Individual Badges
Each authorized user receives a photo RFID badge linked to their Client‑Portal identity. Badges are single‑factor and non‑transferable.
- Real‑Time Revocation
Lost or compromised badges can be disabled instantly by an account administrator or the remote NOC.
- Log & Video Retention
Door‑controller events and HD CCTV footage are stored off‑site for 24 months, exceeding ISO 27001 Annex A guidance.
Visitor & Contractor Workflow
- Pre‑Register in Portal
Add guests to your Access List at least 2 hours before arrival; unregistered visitors are denied entry.
- Government Photo ID
Remote NOC staff verify a government‑issued ID via intercom camera before remotely unlocking the vestibule door.
- Escort Requirement
Visitors remain under continuous escort by an authorized badge holder; no standalone visitor badges are issued.
Role‑Based Rights
Assign “Admin”, “Technician”, “Logistics” or “Audit‑Only” roles in the Client Portal to restrict who may schedule visits, unlock doors or request shipments.
Prohibited Items
- Weapons, explosives or hazardous materials
- Alcohol, illicit drugs or smoking materials
- Unapproved wireless transmitters or RF‑emitting gear
- Photography / filming devices without prior consent
Remote Oversight & Emergency Access
The facility is monitored 24 × 7 by an off‑site Network Operations Center leveraging live camera feeds and door telemetry. For urgent entry or safety events, call 705‑479-2302; once identity and incident are validated, a remote unlock sequence is initiated within SLA targets.
